On-site training is provided for the sensory staff in areas of discrimination, descriptive and affective sensory evaluation methods.  Programs generally run three to ten days, depending on the methods of interest to your company.

Training is a combination of lecture and actual hands-on work.  Your staff will practice designing, conducting and analyzing different sensory tests and/or training panelists to allow thorough understanding of all the techniques involved.  Documentation and resource materials are provided.
